I think NR is suggesting that management should watch K and P like an autistic child watching a favorite turntable day after day. Other than fixation on autopilot events, I can't think of what else needs doing.

Also, for P, many critical of the move from P to B for the next advanced Phase 2 trial seem to not trust management's ability to fully evaluate two drugs to determine which will achieve the same set of goals more quickly and with fewer resources. Given the pipeline and where CTIX was when Leo took over the company (one downtick from declaring bankruptcy, I kid you not), I would say he is very skilled at determining best courses.
