With response to your inquiry: NET LIFE, a registered entity in Washington D.C., is a Private Equity Fund which provides and services its own investment paper (ie: LCMO and LCDO products). NET LIFE operates within the guidelines of the SAFE Act of 2008 (Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008). Therefore, NET LIFE provides a corporate vehicle (LCMO or LCDO) for which to assist applicants to secure funding for their housing/mortgage needs. All LCMOs are made-up of and secured with two (2) assets: 1. a Deed of Trust and 2. a Life Insurance policy which is underwritten by a BGA (Broker General Agency) with licenses in all states, thereby, creating a hybrid investment which replaces the CMO of the past. NET LIFE copyrights are held by a separate entity.
