Notes from the conference call:

-SEC Filings in the near future. Becoming a fully reporting company will be easier than anticipated and only require a Form 10
-Uplisting on the way
-Neither Hayes nor PWC are dumping ANY shares into the market
-Hayes wants to retire shares in the future
-If you don't believe in EPGL, don't talk nonsense, just sell your shares and move on
