Here's a thought to ponder....SMME's team never asked for a delay or couldn't show up on the appointed court date. V/MC has. IF one is so certain about their case, WHY, I ask, would you want to delay and postpone the outcome? Would it not make more sense to get on with it and finalize it????????

V/MC know they are not out of the woods yet and we still are standing strong.....

just a thought I had as I was taking my morning shower....maybe this is TMI :)
