They have no choice. At this point, no institution is going give them 2bil. Now, they're talking about doing an offering (it'll come with kickers) for about 1bil.. How in the hell are they going to allocate it?? Well, I guess the public, employes (via restricted locked up stock) pensions etc aka suckers.. Think about it, they just did an offering of ackman block shares and barely found a home for it.
