Nothing. The timeline is set. Just sit back and relax. Take a break from the puter for a month then come back. We may see no filing on Pacer at all until October 30th when the first briefs are filed, unless they get into some dispute over expert depositions.

JJS, Red Angus, what can we do as Investors to intervene with the way that HJJ, has and Is handling this case. Other Judges have spoken as how Google abuses the legal system, there must be a branch of the judicial system that oversees the performance of their Judges, No?
