As I clearly stated, the 16 million is just the first component of this round. Any time, every time, we have had any sort of an up-tick a dilution bolus is fired into it, dropping any upward momentum. This is the explanation for the ever presence downward spiral of the PPS over the years. The history will stop repeating itself when it stops repeating itself, which it hasn't and probably will not until new financing is secured.

I am not criticizing, they need cash and it is better to sell into an up-tick. These boluses average about 25% of the current OS, basic count. I expect that we are near 400,000,000; hence my estimate of another 100,000,000 coming soon.

Can we discuss these realities without resorting to emotionally defensive postures?
