Interesting. HYII buys the plateada mine from Foreign commerce. Foreign commerce and All Grade Mining share the same office building in New Jersey. Tony alvarez works for all Grade. Foreign commerce also runs transito and salitrosa of which all grade claims is theirs. Foreign commerce doesn't link to all grade as a partner.

Smells like something of the effect that HYII is a throw away for foreign commerce. IMO
