Because the markets are shady as heck. But not too worry if everyone just slaps that ask this will continue to rise and they'll have to cover for a loss. This is such a bargain in the .09-.15 range, and guys as we've been told this is going to $1.00 so start slapping that ask and show those naked shorters a lesson!!!!
