good question TT - well asked.

only the gods know, and the judge himself.

Being so full of opinions - here's more.

I agree with so many of you that smme is and will be an amazing stock to hold, regardless of the court matters, although I hope we get through that in a positive way too.

I agree with Fidel in that we just got rid of the shorts, leaving longs like me to pick up more.

The legal system can be a terrible as well as a wonderful thing but it takes time to navigate through all the processes available to smme as well as V/MC. I don't like the wait but for me it has been 13 years - even as far back as when Hendrick's first model was costing us $1.50 USD at an exchange rate of 60c. No-one is to feel sorry for me as I have averaged out very well over the years; and in the same breath I don't feel sorry for anyone who bought in too high and is now having a moan about where we are up to - should have done your DD at the time! I reckon if you are in and have shares, whatever you paid, you will see amazing dividends over time - just be patient and long and supportive of the company.

This is what happens when one deals with an emerging company going through the throws of R&D, T&E, opening markets, as well as other setbacks.

I believe we are in good hands. I eagerly await the final D, the response from smme legal team, and the near future announcements from Hendrick on a wide range of matters.
