Kep. Wrote it on my mobile. The gist if it was: read an article that said the losses Kep has had of late are because the govt was setting the price for the power below what it cost to create and deliver it. Also the backlash from the Japan nuclear plant disaster was making them rethink their nuclear plan.... They had "temporarily " shut down their reactors. (Which create cheaper power ) and didn't know when or if they would restart them . There was concern about fraud in testing somewhere (japan) which made them want to investigate their test results. These uncertainties and the give price control (below cost) have made me put this on a back burner from an investment standpoint. Also decommishing a reactor would cost a huge amount.
