I dont generally "invest" in pinks or OTCBB, but I think that shareholders have some leverage against management in the form of getting the SEC involved. Obviously, the company has claimed publicly that they are now above levels that would require them to file with the SEC. I hope that all of you will send the e-mail to the SEC. I think it is our only hope for being treated fairly and knowing just what we own here.

I can only post once more today, I will post the letter later.
