If they RS its gonna be a 1:10 RS really small those kind dont wipe out shareholders like the triple zero pig big Rses do. I would agree with you if millions of shares were getting sold everyday and the OS was in the billions and the price was in subbyland but it isnt. You are comparing apples and oranges here. The volume just isnt there besides the day of the pump to make your theory correct nor can it be with only a 50 mil AS 2 mil or 20 mil OS whatever the real one is the float remains low.

THe SEC is too busy suspending companies that dont dilute for not filing so if the company files, scam or not they seem to be letting them trade. Just gotta learn the craft and take the good with the bad.
