All you have to do is hold your shares and not sell? I'm pretty sure thats what many QBID shareholders (including myself) were saying a year ago.

Haven't you heard of dilution? It's quite possible...esp. w/ the share count what it is for this stock - it's possible dilution will and can take place if it hasn't happended already.
