1. Centurion: This pumping unit allows for the extraction of oil in wellbores that no longer flow freely to surface and do not efficiently warrant the use of a pump jack. By pumping out the oil at 1100ft it removes the Hydrostatic head that prevents the well from free flowing into the wellbore. Once the fluid is removed the well seeps back into the wellbore to its hydrostatic max volume allowing it to be pumped out again. This fits into the scheme of countless wells that are Plugged and Abandoned prior to being fully produced. In turn you can squeeze out every last drop of production prior to plugging and abandoning. Low overhead vs price/bbl. Once proven this is technology i see being leased to more companies to maximize profits from a well.
