SG gave you the best answer there Qui. In order to qualify a supply or demand area, I look for previous price action. If price moves away from the zone and then comes back to test the outer edge of the zone and moves away sharply afterwards, then we have a solid zone to work with. I'll get some charts together and show you what I mean when I get back in a while.
