Trying to recoup from 08-09 meltdown.
Believe in health giving biotechs and potential $$.
Traditional investment timelines obsolete with HFT and enforcement lacking for retail. rigged game.
As DD Buyer stated "like flees on a dog along for the ride".
Long since Dec 2010 down 6%.
Management has not been agressive protecting pps.
Although latest offering holder does not appear to short,
does not mean they will not loan shares for additional shorting giving current shorts cover.
Today NAVB feels like a Micro-soft investment position.
