Erie, PA., September 25, 2013 – Fortitude Group Inc., Primarq enters license agreement with Weiss Residential Research.
Fortitude Group Inc., (OTC: FRTD) Thomas J. Parilla informs shareholders that PRIMARQ, a private capital market system whose vision is to provide an improved model for housing finance, and Weiss Residential Research (WRR), which produces house specific repeat sales indexes, announced today that PRIMARQ has licensed on a non-exclusive basis WRR’s house specific home price indexes for display on its leading property trading platform www.PRIMARQ.com.
Under terms of the agreement, PRIMARQ will provide WRR’s house specific indexes on the particular home investments made by their accredited investors. PRIMARQ’s website will also display WRR’s dynamic heat maps which show the ‘weather patterns’ of price changes through time (www.weissres.com/products/dynamic-maps/).
PRIMARQ expects the unique resolution and market insight that the WRR indexes provide to be of significant importance in helping to inform its market participants in making smarter decisions about investing and trading residential real estate interests.
