new design means that Cyclone WHE owns the new engine, not Cyclone Power Technologies. I am unsure of what CYPW shareholders get from the WHE subdivision, I believe their are different shares that the OFficers of CYPW converted. now do the WHE shareholders get it all?
I could be off on this but it was a thought.....any help here?
