What loan money?

VHGI has a contract with IP&L and once they receive the payment for their coal deliveries, they re-hire miners and continue to operate.
They have been doing this for the last few months, the mine is not shut down and they still have 15 employees, WITH PLANS TO HIRE 200.
That's a big hint itself.
You think they would hire more workers if they're going to go BK?

15 employees still working- FACT
Plans to hire 200 miners- FACT
Financing still in the works- FACT

No reason to sell, long and strong here.
