None. Also, the judge may pass on the SJ for political reasons -- this is happening elsewhere. Patent trolling is becoming a very sensitive fiscal and political football. The judge may want to send this to jury trial for his own political cover. Even if he renders a SJ in GERS' favor, it will be immediately appealed.
