I never made the connection of David Foley and quantum3d. I was a huge fan of that outfit in the late 90's.

Does he still have ties to that company?

I used 3dfx cards in multiple gaming systems built for customers including the quantum 3d obsidian for the ridiculous high end user......the alchemy was the most insane video card of that time....drool.
