NEW FACEBOOK UPDATE

Status Update: We are pursuing the status of our response on the PPA questions/ clarifications we sent a few weeks ago. We are finalizing our response to the SEC with regard to our Form 10, nothing major just very detailed in the work required. Finally, on the arbitration case, we have testimony next month. We are pleased with the progress at CICA and look forward to a judgment.
