One other thing I forgot to mention is that the technology that is being proposed here is like oil to vinegar. If someone came out and said we can fuel all cars with no loss of power and no effect on the environment with water we would be putting a whole lot of people out of work. The oil industry would be destroyed. Well if Inovio is all it claims it is it will render all other competitors obsolete and destroy an entire market. Do you think there will be some opposistion.
