I'm long term, holding at least until we hear the Markman results, and more likely until we hear news of a settlement. The reason I think we'll be in the .30's this week is because days like yesterday and today do not just happen. They happen for a reason, and the reason is very often a catalyst to come. I could be wrong, and if we are not back in the .30's this week I will not be even remotely disappointed, but my guess is we get there by week's end.

We will know for sure by Friday at 4pm ET :)
