I believe that Roger asks valid questions. I sincerely believe that the problem is that the company is too zealous with their press releases. There is nothing wrong with expecting a company to live up to what they say. These folks should be more careful as to what they publish. Perhaps they are learning that. Originally we were promised the audit and listing at the same time. Now the audit is the first step. This is a much better approach. I'll ask for a copy of the audit. This should tell us all we need to know about the auditing firm.
