Well, here's a shocker. Just called the transfer agent. Spoke to a nice lady, Justine, and here are the share counts.

Authorized: 1,300,000,000

Outstanding: 1,293,694,444

Yipes! Called Mr. Newton but his answering machine was on.

As I see it, this is either very bad news or very good news.

When I spoke with Mr. Newton a couple of days ago, he said he was busy and working on something that was "fantastic". And he said that with emphasis and certainty.

If these shares have been traded for a large amount of equity financing, or something big, then this could be blockbuster.

If something big is not going on behind the scenes, then I am afraid the shareholders are in trouble.

Given Brommer's comments that evensooner relayed, and Newton "fantastic" comment, lets hope this means paydirt.
