Remember when pink sheets were printed on actually pink paper and distributed once a week to broker dealers? Some might not remember that as they were not professional traders then, nor now. Be still my heart of the non filing pinks. EIPC post dates the actual pink sheets, post dates the disabled traders who think they traded EIPC and pink sheets while using the Washington Times from decades past. Amateurs abound EIPC.
