Millennium Products Inc. produces GT's Kombucha and they're the #1 player in the kombucha market.

Reed's is the #2 kombucha company by sales, and they did that within 9 months.

MPI just got sued for locking their workers in a warehouse and "virtually placing them under guard."

“The conditions were so inhumane that when state food and health inspectors would arrive, plaintiff would be herded into a large room with the other employees so the inspectors could not see how many employees there were, and the conditions under which they were being required to perform their work,” the complaint said.

The case is Alma Mateos et al. v. Millennium Products Inc., case number BC521172, in the the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Los Angeles.
