The OTC is the wild west..anything goes...imagine all the stuff that happens behind the scenes that we can't see so easily..


If FLPC actually ends up generating decent rev's and such they should really look into cleaning up the S/S and maybe doing a R/S to list on the AMEX or NYSE...just get off the OTC
