How can you assess how the clinical trial went SUFFICIENTLY to encourage outside investment PRIOR TO THE COMPLETION OF THE TRIAL?

Please tell me that. I can see this conversation now...

"Dear Mr Funder Person. I'm looking to raise 10 million USD in order to continue our current FDA Clinical Trial. Since the trial is not complete until September, all I have is photographs of patients smiling and acting healthy. Please send the 10 million dollars to:...."

Do you have any idea how ridiculous that statement is? Wanting to get funding before the trial is completed........

Complete and utter BULLSHIT. You had a chance to sell. The line of demarcation was clearly drawn back in January. Since the company had no further clarifications you could have sold in Feb, March, April, May, June....

You didn't sell and that's on you. Do not blame others.

*EDIT* I read that as you held your Proteonomix USA stock and did not sell. If you meant the GXG shares, then the idea that you'd have dumped and ran is EXACTLY WHY YOU DO NOT HAVE THEM YET.

Michael is not stupid. He's not going to let a bunch of wanna be traders ruin his company. If he released these shares and half of the people holding them had the same mentality as you do, there'd be a massive rush to the door and nothing to prevent the stock from free falling.

Once it plunges where is the company? Left to raise money X months later on good news but the stock is 10 cents / 20 cents a share?

Nope, for this EXACT reason I am glad that my WELL OVER 150,000 shares have not been delivered to me yet. I bet you do not have that much skin in the game do you?
