Anti-inflammatory diets and supplements - marginally effective.

Anatabloc with Anatabine Citrate is the one true exception. The reason I say that is because I've known about the deleterious effects on health of chronic inflammation for many years prior to the discovery of anatabine's ability to safely down regulate the inflammatory process. I took expensive pharmaceutical grades of fish oils, curcuminoids with piperine (enhanced bio-availability), and simply a better diet but nothing and I mean nothing made a difference in my body's aches and pains the way Anatabloc has. I've had full blood panels over and over again with great results including the last CRP-hs reading of .19mg/dL.

Re Curcumin / Tuneric only has a tiny percentage of curcumin, which is very poorly absorbed, so you'd have to eat bucket loads of some of the products currently on the market to get any benefit.

Academic rejects ‘fuzzy math’ claim in spat over curcumin bioavailability
The authors of a recent study into curcumin bioavailability have rejected claims by a cancer researcher that “fuzzy math” led them to overestimate the absorption of the anti-inflammatory agent curcumin from some supplement formulations.
