It is non-market buying so the truth behind it will need to be discovered in a filing.

For Lott after BK to have that kind of money makes me think those buys were compensation buys.

I was involved in a scam [RSMI] where the CEO and others actually put out PR's listing it as insider buys but turned out to be compensation instead nothing out of their pocket.

Hopefully with IMMG they are not compensation buys.

And IMMG certainly isn't anything like RSMI as IMMG has a product in operation not vapor like RSMI!
