they filed the annual...

for period ending june 30, 2012...

this is good.... they are getting up to date with filings...

i am guessing over the next weeks/mths... they will start also filing the quarterlies to catch up with the filings...

and o/s is ridiculously low, only 11 million...

that's why this stock so, easily soars and flattens on any buying/selling....

i pray for another flattening into the dollar range and i will gobble up as many shares as possible...

this is still the biggest secret stock out there.
