TallTrader...reverse split not completed.....

So your opinion is the same as mine, that the reverse split has not been completed. Correct?

Correct. I am guessing that TGFN did the reverse split on the Delaware state level, and then for whatever reason they started using the split-adjusted numbers in their SEC filings before the split was processed by FINRA.

It is frustrating from a retail investor standpoint, because all of this concern about the reverse split and the correct share structure could have been easily avoided.

My opinion/outlook on the stock probably differs from yours regarding what effect all this controversy and/or the split itself will have on the stock. Personally, I view it as a temporary nuisance until the reverse split and name change are completed. Based on my belief that the Gaers and company are basically getting the "old gang" together again and seem more determined now to build up a business, I like the chances of TGFN seeing prices above the current .03 (.30 post-split).

I generally view TGFN the same way I do the TEE* shell. My expectation is that the post-split structures (particularly their low-float natures) and new or increased business activity will attract attention and some explosive/tradeable moves in the share price.
