right. The moment you issue shares, it is some form of dilution. Unless the shares are non-tradeable and held only in some escrow account or as certain preferred shares that donot dilute the eps - in this case as a collateral for a loan - that will be cancelled once the loan is paid off. So there's plenty of room for misinterpretation if one is not willing to dig deep. That's why we are discussing it here. I am not even sure if the shares will be used only as a collateral(and locked up in some escrow acct) but at least we know they will not be used as financing shares for JV partners. I agree with FatTony that people will not like the news of another a/s raise.
WE will see how the stock trades in the next days or weeks.
