I think pre contract rates are agreed to.
I believe the Insurance company, trucking clients/policy holders, and ICOR have already come to a close agreement on licensing fees and per truck per month rates of payments to ICOR on various volume sliding scales by now.

They have been apparently coordinating this implementation for several years pending test results and final software refinements.

With the present announcement of 1000 truck implementaion I'd say all parties are clearly aware of future contract specifics on fee costs to the insurance company , trucking companies, and resultant revenue stream on ICOR's side of it.
I'm assuming there will be sliding scale discounts for ever larger truck numbers and future insurance companies may actually pay a premium to what these early implementors agree to.

Therefore, once ICOR divulges revenue numbers from these early contracts, I think we could suggest 10x, 20x, or even 30x more fold over the next 1,2,& 3yrs as the marketing and product importance catches on with, hopefully, International penetration.

I also believe the high end car folks like Mercedes Benz, BMW, Volvo, etc will implement some refined form of the product.
They love expensive safety features........and so do high end customers.

Aviation, rail operators, mundane production line workers, and a host of other areas we haven't even considered will be next.

Management prowess and product effectiveness will be key.

The insurance industry will be a great driver......if we win them over.
