Our organization is looking for someone that currently trades or wants to get into trading and has a passion for the markets. Should have drive to succeed. There will be multiple opportunities for advancement along with proper training.


Requirements:
a. Must have a strong ability to follow rules
b. Must be a quick learner as you work with manager
c. Communication skills are essential
d. Have patience

Functions:
a. Work with other traders on a daily basis to share strategies and ideas
b. Communicate with manager every morning before beginning day and at end of day and give daily breakdown.
c. Trade stocks from your assigned sector
d. Conduct trading operations with proper risk management
e. Conduct research and execute well thought out trading strategies



Payout Structure:
First year you can expect $75,000-$90,000. Chances to improve your second year to $120k. Discussed in orientation.
