I have no idea why they show those shares outstanding. I don't know why Yahoo shows the reverse split. All I know is that the reverse split has not been completed per the OTCBB website. And for TGFN to have 2.3mil shares out, that must be completed.

Again, I may be wrong. The OTCBB website may be wrong. I have no idea.

BUT, this happened to me before and I showed you the proof. You can look at those links and see that the company posted incorrect info in their SEC reports, then later completed the reverse split afterward.

Hopefully I am wrong.

Why don't you call the company and tell them you are a shareholder and want to know if the reverse split has been completed.
