IMHO, there are 23mil shares outstanding.

The previous announced reverse split that they show in the filings has not yet been completed. SO they actually have about 23mil shares outstanding.

Continue reading the latest 10Q. It states:

"On April 15, 2013 the company filed a Definitive 14C for the purpose of changing the Company’s name and effectuating a ten (10) to one (1) reverse split of the Company’s common stock. As of the time of this filing, these corporate actions are still in progress."

Then go to the OTCBB website and it has no record of the reverse split being completed.

So, it is my opinion that they adjusted all their share numbers as having the reverse split completed, but it has not.
