That's wrong. When do you guys realize that broker information isn't the way to go? Look up that damn last quarterly filing and it's written there. Geeez guys. If you trade stocks don't rely on third party broker or yahoo finance information.

From the last filing:

"At August 15, 2013 there were 2,332,105 shares of the Registrant's Common Stock and 50,400 shares of Series 1 Class A 8% Cumulative Preferred Stock outstanding"
