Questions from another board we should consider.

The question to the board is how the 10K will be received ?
GZFX filed it January 11th last year.

The sub count could not be more than say 7,000 as a guess?
It was 3,000 the last I read in a report.

This all banks on Circuit City at this time.

A new website is expected this quarter but all eyes are on the March 15th Circuit City date.

I called Circuit City managers today.
What they will not tell me is how the relationship will be evaluated.

- Is CC out any money (aside from valuable floor space) in marketing GZFX ?
- How much is GZFX paying CC to be in the pilot program ?
- What are the factors that will determine success in the pilot program ?

I would call this an educated gamble. We will not know more until it happens.

Waiting for the 10K to add more shares. Do not want to take another selloff on news.

Thinking that sub penny wil certainly be tested without any news. .008-.009 is not out of the question. Plenty of traders sold big are looking for a buying opportunity, so the TA is out of whack for now. And under a penny will cause another panic selloff, imho.

Watching closely.
