Canaccord said iPhone 5S and 5C teardown indicates RF Micro Device share content has increased. The firm continues to believe RF Micro is well positioned to deliver strong 2014/15 growth driven by LTE smartphone platforms combined with cost savings initiatives to drive strong margins. Shares are Buy rated with a $7.50 price target.
