Being a member of Consumer Reports I will like to gather all the thoughts of this board on the review. I will send an email to Consumer Reports.

Please post any messages I can add to my message when I send it today. I will send by 3pm today.

If I was not a member to GZFX and was in the market for an online DVD rental company this review would have turned me off to GZFX and go right to the others starting with NETFLIX, again like I said they really praised them.

You would want to trust a respected company like Consumer Reports, but after this review I would be inclined to do alot more research on everything I purchase. Normally I do that. But just think about all the subscribers they have, I would say most them are going to respect their reviews and opinions. So when they see for GZFX the "Bottom Line" -"Avoid, period." that really sucks for GZFX. Not a thorough review in my opinion.
