ASHEVILLE, NC, Jan 12, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (HISC) announced today that the company successfully demonstrated an IDEN based "Web Cam Cyber Tracker(TM)" to both corporations and government agencies at the 2006 International CES Convention that was held in Las Vegas on January 5-8. The show had over 150,000 attendees and 2,500 visitors from over 110 countries.

"The 'Web Cam Cyber Tracker' is an extremely valuable tool for people who not only want to track their assets, but for people who want to get a real visual of their asset and what could have potentially set off the alarm. Images from the 'Web Cam Cyber Tracker' can be sent directly from the device to a home computer, lap top, cell phone, or PDA," stated Ian Riley, CTO, Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.

Pictures from the "Web Cam Cyber Tracker" during the CES Convention are posted on www.hissusa.com. Several executives from Homeland Integrated Security Systems were attending the show where they met with representatives from private and public corporations and various government segments, such as the Department of Homeland Security, US Military, as well as state and city educational systems.

"Here is a device that will prevent vehicles from going missing," stated John Gartner in his article in "Autopia" on November 8, 2005. In his article, Mr. Gartner went on to state that "California has a problem keeping tabs on state-owned vehicles, losing 30,000 of its fleet."

"We are very happy with the response the Cyber Tracker received at the show from corporations, government agencies, and the individual consumers as well," stated Frank A. Moody II, Chairman and CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems.

The Mercury News stated on January 9 that the "Cyber Tracker lets you keep tabs on kids and cars."
