STOA after they Cancel the merge they do a private shares transfers and everyone thinking is dilutions, Many months No News and are subject to high risks and uncertainties. So...

EVERYONE BAIL OUT.

We seem to forget They cancel the merge because its not their best interested. Now they are moving with the business plan, as long as they use the money available development into e-commerce solutions, services provider, & minimize incentive compensation expense then we can expects projections company's future financial position with higher degree of success.
