1 On March 25, 2013, Tireless Steps’ majority stockholder, redeemed 10,593,550 shares of 11,000,000 shares of common stock held by him, and Tireless Steps retired such 10,593,550 shares into its authorized common stock thereby reducing the total issued and outstanding shares of Tireless Steps to 676,450 shares. Tireless Steps is not holding such shares in treasury. Lei Sun’s redemption of 10,593,550 shares did not result in a change in control of Tireless Steps, as Lei Sun still holds a majority of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock after the redemption.
