I wouldn't mind if Intel were flooding the cheap Chinese tablet market with 2C Bay Trails

I recall somewhere (don't remember where) stating that all Baytrails are 4C with the defected die becoming 2C....... Is this correct?.............doesn't seem possible....certainly can't "flood" the market with them.
