I have a question for the board regarding the restrictions and today's pullback.

Is it possible that some of the restricted shares were restricted for a certain period of time, OR until a certain price per share, say .05? And if .05 freed up some restricted shares and they were sold, would that not drive the price per share down?

I know I disagree with the rest of you, but I do not consider this dilution as I base my position on the A/s, not the O/S. If this happened, I would not be upset, just curious.
