Reading your post I noticed a few things wrong.
First: What was wrong with the PR other than the response from the traders who absolutely do not care what is PR'ed? I thought it was clear and concise. Wells this new do not come with average numbers of barrels per day because they have to see what it stabilizes at? I think either one of the Cowboys on this board could school you in that subject, if you want to learn.
Second: Why the attack on Mike? Mike is filling several roles that are extremely important and he does a great job. Probably why PBLS spent the time showing him around for months before he accepted. I don't need to defend Mike, he is quite capable of doing it himself. I am very pleased that PBLS management hired a very smart guy for the job.
Third: Did you ever think that there may be a reason information is scarce. Look at how the stock trades and put 2 + 2 together. I am very happy that PBLS management treats this stock with great respect and considers it a legacy for their children and grandchildren. They could have easily not paid any cash on the acquisitions and watered us down massively. That is clearly not the case. Management is trying to make a company that will fund their retirement; therefore, we can fund ours also.
Fourth: Why do you think the TA is gagged and not released at this point? Think about the situation with the stock and the manipulation. It is very clear if you put yourself in a PBLS lawyers shoes.
This is the best investment I have seen in 7 years in the market. If you know of something better, tell us. Otherwise my opinion is two shots and a beer per hour until the Form 10 comes out.
